These terms apply when you use Little Bites at yobaby.in or as an installed app. Little Bites is operated by LAVIT TECHNOLABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By using Little Bites you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Little Bites
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Little Bites is for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your account
Your account is linked to your device and, once you enter it, your mobile number. We don’t verify numbers by OTP, so please enter your own number correctly: Pro and purchases are attached to it. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

- Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Visitors outside India see prices in US dollars instead: $9 for Pro and $19 for the PDF. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay; your bank may add its own charges, for example on international cards.
- Pro is a one-time payment for 30 days of access from the time of payment. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged again; buy it again to continue after 30 days. To use Pro on another phone, open My plan → “Already paid? Restore Pro” and enter the number you paid with.
- The Recipe book PDF is a one-time purchase of a digital file, licensed for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or publish it.
- We may change prices; a change never affects a purchase you’ve already made.
4. Payment, delivery and refunds
Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. Everything we sell is digital and delivered in the app right after payment; nothing is shipped. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Health disclaimer
Little Bites provides recipes and general information about feeding babies and toddlers. It is not medical advice and doesn’t replace your paediatrician. Ages shown on recipes are general guidance; every baby is different. Check with your doctor before introducing new foods, especially common allergens such as egg, fish, nuts and dairy; prepare food at a safe texture for your baby’s stage; and always stay with your baby while they eat. You are responsible for the food you prepare and serve.
6. Content
The Little Bites name, design and app belong to us. Some recipes, photos and videos come from other cooks and creators and remain theirs. You may use the content for cooking at home; you may not copy, scrape, republish or sell it. If you created content shown on Little Bites and would like it credited differently or removed, write to ankit_7agarwal@yahoo.in and we’ll act on it promptly.
7. Fair use
Don’t misuse Little Bites: no attempts to break or get around its security or plans, no automated access or scraping, and no use that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Little Bites running, but it’s provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may add, change or remove recipes and features. If a change takes away something you’ve paid for while it’s still active, we’ll refund you as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Little Bites after a change means you accept it.
